POSITION: HR Practitioner
LOCATION: BCCEI Johannesburg Office
CLOSING DATE: 18 OCTOBER 2019
Consideration will be given to the Demographics as depicted in the Economically Active Population released by the Labour Department.
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide Human Resource services and support to BCCEI management and employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A 3-year National Diploma or B Degree in HRM/HRD, or equivalent is a minimum requirement
- 3-5 years’ experience as HR Generalist/Practitioner
- Computer Literate (MS Excel at an advanced level; MS Word and MS Outlook at an Intermediate Level)
- Driver’s license

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources:
- Provide support in terms of the designated operational and delegated management responsibilities of the Human Resources Division inclusive of HR Development & Talent Management, Remuneration & Benefits, HR Administration, Performance Management and Recruitment
- Facilitate the management and promotion of fair and sound Labour Relations
- Manage special programmes such as HR Planning, Employee Health and Wellness (EHWP)
- Drive performance outcomes and compliance
- Optimise the achievement of service delivery through operational support
- Review, interpret and implement HR policies and procedures
- Facilitate organisational transformation and change management initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of HR strategies
- Provide advisory services to management on HR matters
- Manage organisational performance management system Governance:
- Establish an integrated internal control systems (including policies)
- Monitor and review HR risk plan
- Monitor compliance to all HR related legislation
- Attend to all HR related audit matters Innovation and transformation:
- Ensure implementation of processes that capture and exploit innovative
- Ensure transformation within the area of responsibility to execute BCCEI’s
People Management and Leadership
- Ensure a positive and constructive culture
- Maintain high level of confidentiality
- Develop PDP’s to promote succession and talent retention for the organisation
- Ensure effective management and utilisation of
- Ensure effective utilisation of the division’s budget Ad Hoc Duties
- Perform reasonable tasks given by the General Secretary
