If parties fall within the scope of the Bargaining Council for the Civil Engineering Industry, it is important
to refer your dispute referral to the Council and not to the CCMA. Referring your dispute to the CCMA
may delay your case from being dealt with in terms of the time frames set out in the Labour Relations
Act. If seeking assistance from the Department of Labour, a Labour Centre or a legal representative,
please bring this to their attention.
All referrals must be sent or delivered to our Johannesburg office where all referrals are processed,
unless it is convenient to deliver it to any one of our other offices. Our office details are indicated below
